They are the best complete food to load your body with vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fiber. They contain the green vegetable which have apparent health benefits. A liquid base of almond milk, coconut water or even plain water gives a smoothie a invigorating taste. Plus, the delicious fruits! Adding some strawberries, bananas, mango, apple, melon, or berries gives the smoothie a naturally sweet taste. Here is a list of some easy to make healthy, natural and delicious drinks:

I know you won’t believe it unless you see, oh sorry drink it. Beets are so good for your body. They cleanse the liver and blood. They are full of vitamins and minerals. Loaded with important sugars, Beets release the needed sugars to your system. This is an ideal after-workout drink. To add more health benefits, it contains spinach, apples, banana, ginger, and lemon. Here are the ingredients-

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/4 cup of beet root
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • a piece of ginger
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups of water

Place all these ingredients into the blender and blend until a smooth drink is obtained. Gulp it right away!

The secret ingredients will spice up the smoothie and give it an invigorating taste. Here are the ingredients-

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 big crunchy apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • One peeled orange
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • one small piece of peeled ginger
  • a handful of mint
  • 1/3 table spoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • optional: sweetener such as honey or maple syrup

Place all these ingredients into the blender and blend it until a smooth drink is obtained. Enjoy it right away.

  • one medium cucumber
  • one cup of spinach
  • one cored apple
  • one table spoon of minced ginger
  • Juice of one lemon
  • one table spoon honey or maple syrup
  • one cup of water

Peel the cucumber and put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend them until you get a smooth drink. Add more honey if required. Enjoy it right away… ummmm..

  • 12-13 chilled watermelon cubes
  • one big apple
  • one banana
  • one cup of strawberries
  • handful of mint
  • one cup coconut water

Blend them all in your blender and gulp it right away. Ummmm
