Moreover this skin problem is immovable and so it is required to be handled with patience. Eyes are the most important part of your face. Dark circles around the eyes, makes you look unattractive. Additionally it reduces the puffiness and increases the blow flow. This is considered to be the easiest way to get rid of dark circles. You just need to cut out thin round slices of cucumber and place those slices on your eyes.

Raw Potato


Raw potato is another very efficient technique to reduce the problem of dark circles. Potatoes are quite beneficial in reduces dark circles, pigmentation, dark spots and blemishes. It also helps in reducing the puffiness around the eyes. Grate a potato and extract its juice. Now apply this juice with the help of a cotton ball. This technique will reduce all the dark spots around your eyes. You can also cut the thin round slices of potato and put it on your eyes. Repeat this procedure and you will notice remarkable change.

Lemon juice


Lemon juice is the most widely used ingredient. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and the presence of this vitamin helps in overcoming the problem of dark circles. Apply lemon juice with the help of a cotton ball for ten minutes. To make it more effective you can add two tablespoon of tomato juice, turmeric, and gram flour in one table spoon of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and apply this paste for fifteen minutes. Apply this paste at least twice in a week and you will observe remarkable improvement.

Almond Oil

Almond oil is very beneficial for delicate skin. The area around our eyes is very delicate and almond oil can help in reducing the dark circle problem quite efficiently without effecting our eyes. This is a very easy remedy to solve the problem of dark circles. Take some amount of almond oil in your palm and gently massage the oil in the affected area before sleeping. The presence of Vitamin E in this oil will help in reducing the dark patches around the eyes.


Rose water


Rose water has incredible properties which can help in rejuvenating your skin. Take two cotton ball and soak them in chilled rose water. After soaking the cotton balls, place these cotton balls on your eyes for 15 minutes. Repeat this procedure daily.



Tomato is another fruit which is quite famous for its skin lightening property. It helps in reducing tan and dark patches. Take some tomato juice and mix it with equal quantity of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to the affected area for ten minutes. Repeat this procedure twice a day. Intake of tomato juice along with mint leaves and lemon juice can also help in reducing dark circles.

Mint leaves


Mint leaves are quite refreshing and these refreshing leaves can also help in reducing the problem of dark circles. Take some mint leaves and crush them. Apply those crushed leaves around your eyes for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, wipe the area with cold and clean cloth. This will help in reducing the puffiness and dark circles as well.

Orange juice and glycerine


Orange juice in rich in vitamin C and this vitamin is very beneficial for skin. Take some orange juice and mix it with equal amount of glycerine. Apply this mixture regularly on the dark patches around the eyes.

Exercises like deep breathing will help in increasing the blood circulation and hence reduces the dark circle problem. A person should sleep at least 6-8 hours in a day. Appropriate amount of sleep will make you feel fresh. Before going to bed, remove all the eye makeup because sleeping with heavy eyes will enhance your dark circle problem.
