Things which unintentionally affect our metabolism rate include :- 1) Disturbance in the eating schedule :- An individual should have a fix eating schedule . A fixed time to eat the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Disturbance in eating schedule disturbs the metabolic rate of an individual . It is been proved that if you eat at a given same time everyday you tend to burn loads of calories . 2) Lack of sleep :- When you sleep less , you should work less the next day . Lack of sleep decreases the metabolic rate of an individual . You may feel little suffocated too because the calories of the day aren’t burnt properly. 3) Your period :- Yes ! Your period is also one of the reason to decrease the body metabolic rate . During periods women already lack little bit in iron . Due to lack of iron present in the body the metabolic rate also slows down . 4) Eating little :- If you eat very less ! Like hardly two to five spoons a meal . Your metabolic rate will decrease as you will have less of calorie intake ,thus your body will g into starvation mode , decreasing your metabolic rate . 5) Weather :- Weather is one of the most common reason of decrease in metabolic rate . Ways to increase metabolism includes :-
1) Drink more water.
2) Eat smaller, more frequent meals.
3) Cut back on sugary foods and beverages.
4) Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week.
5) Do some weight training if you’re not doing so already.
6) Try to cut some stress from your life or learn better ways to handle it.
