What does being healthy signify? Does it mean the physical fitness that we possess? No it’s not only about the physical fitness of a single individual but it’s mainly about the mental health of a person. Physical doesn’t account for anything if you do not have mental fitness. In order to be healthy being mentally healthy is the most essential thing. One cannot be healthy if he/she doesn’t have control over himself/herself i.e. if they are not mentally healthy.
The most crucial thing is life is control over yourself. People need to understand that by getting angry or by losing control of yourself you are not benefiting yourself but all the more are losing yourself. Getting angry over small or petty issues only states that one is not mentally healthy. Losing yourself or being short-tempered is never going to work to your advantage, it will always be working against you. Being angry will cause you to lose your sense of reason, you will not be able to think clearly and moreover end up doing the wrong thing which ultimately you will regret. As much as possible we must avoid getting angry and stay calm. Getting angry or staying angry at someone is something that will prove dangerous to you and your mental health.
The more you can control yourself the better will be your mental health. Getting angry at someone for any reason whatsoever is very easy, on the other hand staying calm and trying to find a reason is all the more difficult.
It is not an easy task to do but it will develop gradually if you try hard. We need to stay as calm as possible so we can understand as to what is to be done next. Getting angry is basically punishing yourself for someone else’s stupidity.
Why do we need to behave in such a way, when we can simply ignore being angry and save a lot of trouble for us and the ones around us. Anger has never turned out to be good for anyone and it will turn out to be good as well. Anger leads one to go completely blind, one cannot understand what he/she is doing because they are completely overpowered by anger and have lost themselves.
People get angry for very idiotic reasons sometimes and end up hurting others around them who matter to them the most. We must be careful for what effect our actions will cause on others around us. We not only lose ourselves but we also tend to lose others who matter to us. We do not realize what or whom we have lost until we calm down, but by then it is too late. It isn’t possible to pacify someone after hurting them for no reason.

The good thing about staying calm is you can focus on things around you and also deal with problems in a proper way rather just rushing into it senselessly. Yes, there are some reasons for which anger is justified but to figure out those reasons to clearly justify your anger for that particular situation is a every difficult task for a person and cannot be easily achieved.
Getting angry for any reason whatsoever is not a good thing and nor is holding your anger for each and everything is. There are some things which are wrong and it is obvious that a person gets angry but he/she should be in proper control of their selves and mustn’t lose the most important thing that is the reason for which they are angry. No one in this world is perfect. Even the people who matter the most to us are not. We must accept them even with their flaws if they are so important to us.
There is good and bad in every person, but we must not get angry over someone’s flaws or someone’s mistake and end up hurting the person. We must as calmly as possible try to understand the situation and the act accordingly.
Acting by understanding the reason for the anger you have is something that can be done by a person who is mature and also wise. Never a relationship has been built on the basis of anger but anger has sure broken most of the relationships in our life that matter the most.
