Write down all possible things which you hated or disliked about your ex during the relationship but couldn’t discuss thinking that they’ll feel bad.You can also paste his/ugliest photos and write things that were a big turn-off.

You can not remain friends with that person even if you parted ways mutually and have decided to remain in touch.It simply leads to awkwardness and feelings still remain alive which give you more pain indeed.Break all possible contact with that person that means no phone calls,no text messages,letters,or communication over watsapp and facebook.Also limit talking to his/her friends and relatives.Delete all pictures of him/her and even saved messages from your phone and computer.If you figure out he has moved on and has a new girlfriend,DON’T get mad at her,its bad Karma.

Take out time for yourself and give yourself a complete makeover.Hit the gym,join yoga classes and meditate.Get a haircut done that suits your face.Buy new clothes and accessories.Take care of your skin,nails teeth and smile and bring back the colours of your life.
9.FOCUS ON IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF LIFE-
Rather than wasting time lamenting over a person who does not even care,concentrate on important aspects of life and prioritize them.Complete your pending assignments,clean up your room,study hard for your examinations and score excellent grades,learn a new hobby ,focus on your job and work hard to build a golden career.Nobody will do it for you,so get going and chase your dreams.
10.FIND HAPPINESS IN SMALL THINGS-
Listen to your favourite genre of music,watch movies you love,read a good book,play with your pet,practise your hobby or spend time with your friends.Do anything and everything that makes you happy and ignore the nativities of life.
Don’t just keep sitting on that sofa,watching a romantic movie and crying about your girl/boy friend’s departure.Kick start your life.Exercise daily ,do brisk walking for an hour.play outdoor sports and head to the gym.Exercising releases endorphins or feel good hormones and who knows you might get lucky and find another hottie in your life there.
