Law of Attraction, It’s something most of us have heard of. It’s the process of attracting the things we see and feel in our minds. It’s the basic law of the universe and is the reason behind all the happenings in the world. It’s the reason for every thing that’s happening to you, me, and every single person on this planet. Ever since the launch of the book, The Secret, law of attraction became a hot topic. But, for most of us, it’s good to read about but really hard to apply. I personally started applying it 2 years back. It did that for a month and then I was like, ‘I can’t do this now’. Later, I realized that it’s not that tough. By taking care of a few things anyone can use the law of attraction.
How does it work?
I won’t go down to the scientific details (I don’t know much either). But yes, when we think and feel something, our brain sends the vibration of that feeling to the universe. Those vibrations go out there and hit some inter-galactic place and come back to us. But, we don’t need to know why something happens to use it, right? Do we know how an AC works? But, still we use it right.
How to easily manifest what you want?
I won’t be talking too much of the spiritual ‘you have believe it intensely’ stuff. As Robin Sharma says, ‘It’s better to act your way into a mood of thinking, instead of thinking your way into a mode of action’. So, the first thing that you’ll have to do is, write down your dream(s). Then, write down a specific plan for you to achieve those dreams and then take action! For the law of attraction to work, all you have to do is revise those dreams everyday and tell yourself that you can do them. Also, consistent action taken towards achieving those dreams will strengthen your belief system and you’ll achieve them easily. Gratitude for the things you haven’t achieved yet is a great idea.
Have a great lifestyle
Exercise everyday. Wake up early. Meditate and do yoga everyday. Eat healthy food. Do something new frequently. This way by taking solid actions you’ll imbibe a solid thought process inside your mind. Instead telling yourself, ‘I will think positive’. Just do positive things. The thoughts will follow. Meditating everyday is a great way to bring our thoughts at peace and then we can channelize them anywhere we want. Also, exercising will automatically release ‘feel good hormones; in our body and it will become easy for us to manifest what we want. Morning time is a great time to take action. The time of 5 am -8 am is the best if you want to work on your dreams. So, don’t waste this time sleeping.

I’ve mentioned what worked for me. Maybe what you prefer is a bit different. So, it’ll be great if you go through some classic books on it such as Think and Grow Rich, The magic of thinking big, or The secret. Everyone has a different way of thinking. So, you can device your own plan by going deep into the concepts of the Law of Attraction. And if you want to read only one book, I prefer Think and Grow Rich. It’s the best one according to me.
The most important thing
The most important thing, or maybe even the toughest of them all, is to feel Good all the time. It’s the easiest way to make good things happen in your life. Feeling good will generate good vibrations from your way, and they’d come back with more good vibrations. You’ll end up attracting good things in your life and feel even better. It’s the easiest yet the toughest way to attract good things in your life. And, an easy way to feel good is to do good. Volunteer for a cause, donate some money, do langar seva in the gurudwara. It’ll make you feel good. Also, adopting a great lifestyle is a great way to feel good all the time. Your food may as well determine your mood. So, choose your food wisely. Cheers!
