They look hot in their bikinis, gorgeous in their gowns and absolutely great after an after party! Is it not unfair? To look so good just because you have all the money in the world to take care of your body so well. And about alcohol, they drink almost everywhere! How do they not have puffy eyes in the morning after partying the night before? And we get bags under our eyes even if we take one peg of scotch on the rocks. Nutritionists have been harping on about how it does not supply the required nutrients, because of which you must remember that it is not a permanent diet. Only to be followed for a short period of time. It is essentially fasting, so therefore you should not continue it for more than 2 weeks. This plan detoxifies your body and due to no calorie intake, weight loss follows fluidly. Well that is an intense diet routine and it totally suits her image.

She also loves her fruits and stays away from carbohydrates. Jolie also prefers a diet of raw salad and lots of water.

The main aim of this diet plan is to maintain the pH balance of the body somewhere between 7.35 and 7.45. This diet also curtails the consumption of dairy products, pasta, meat and fish. The Alkaline diet is also followed by the Jennifer Aniston, Kirsten Dunst and Gwyneth Paltrow.

She follows a diet rich in mushrooms, consuming it for lunch and dinner for two weeks and watching the pounds slip off from the torso and the thighs. Megan Fox loves is a fan of Harley Pasternak’s  five factor diet, where she is allowed to cook with five ingredients or less and follow Pasternak’s intense workout program. This is also the followed by Alicia Keys and  Jessica Simpson. I am sure it really does work considering Megan looks smoking hot round the clock.

Now we know why exactly the paparazzi keep stalking these gorgeous women. Apart from the diet plans, these ladies have to sweat it out in the gym doing power yoga, aerobics, weight training exercises and cardio. Honestly only then can you look stunning, when you eat healthy and work out  at the same time. So the things we commoners can do to look beautiful and feel wonderful – turn into a vegan and stick to our greens, sprouts and juices. The mushroom lovers can happily chomp on mushrooms day and night and workout at the same time to lose the extra flabs from the problem areas. We can consider cooking with just five ingredients and join high intense interval training classes to get Megan Fox’s body or just stick to our fruits and vegetables to balance the pH levels! It does not sound all that tough, so I am going to start with one from today to test if there is any wisdom in their diets.
