Exercise is the miracle cure we’ve always had, but for too long we’ve neglected to take our recommended dose. Our health is now suffering as a consequence.

It is been proved that brisk walk is very good for health.Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress.
People who do regular activity have a lower risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke and some cancers.

Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy, as well as reducing your risk of stress, depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

2) Avoid unhealthy junk food :-

You know junk food isn’t good for you, but it’s hard to avoid because food companies have mastered the perfect taste sensation, largely a blend of salt, sugar and fat, to keep you coming back for more. By definition, junk food is food with minimal essential nutrients and a lot of fat, sugar and salt, such as potato chips, candy and soda. The risk of having a stroke counts among one of the most serious types of health threats junk food poses on the human body. Junk food that is extremely rich in sodium or salt can produce massive changes in the circulatory system, boosting one’s blood pressure and hence increasing one’s risk of suffering from a stroke.

Most Junk foods are deep fried containing low nutritive value and typically oozing with high calories. The total quantity of calories consumed from food, determine the amount of energy derived from them. Generally one serving of junk food comprise of two days requirement of calories.

Stomach problems, better referred to as gastrointestinal issues are also prone to occur when eating too much junk food. The overly processed junk food does not contain a great deal of fibers, if any. Fibers are known to encourage healthy bowel movement. Any kind of disorder cause by the lack of sufficient fiber in the body can cause a lot of unbalances, leading to anything from constipation to irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis and other gastrointestinal problems.

Artificial sugar sweeteners such as aspartame and saccharine, found in junk foods with a probable risk of bladder cancer and social interactive problems do not come with a mandatory warning label.

Teeth problems like tooth decay is yet another negative effect of constantly eating junk food, especially if we are talking about foods that are particularly high on sugar.


3) Drink Loads of water :-

Initial weight loss is largely due to loss of water, and you need to drink an adequate amount of water in order to avoid dehydration.The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-burning process.
Burning calories creates toxins and water plays a vital role in flushing them out of your body.



4) Yoga :-

Weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing beautiful skin, peaceful mind, good health – whatever you may be looking for, yoga has it on offer. However, very often, yoga is only partially understood as being limited to asanas (yoga poses). As such, its benefits are only perceived to be at the body level and we fail to realize the immense benefits yoga offers in uniting the body, mind and breath. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier and more fulfilling. Yoga is very necessary ! It is very healthy. mind bringing a lot of health benefits yet is not a substitute for medicine. It is important to learn and practice yoga postures under the supervision of a trainer.


5) Have a perfect diet:-

Diet is a particular pattern of eating and a balanced diet provides the correct amount of all nutrients without excess or deficiency to maintain health. There are many reasons why someone is interested in their diet, for example to improve health, lose weight or increase performance.


A balanced diet provides your body with the vital nutrients it needs to build and maintain healthy cells, tissues and organs, which are crucial for proper growth and development. It includes a variety of foods, such as fresh vegetables and fruits, legumes, nuts, whole grains, lean meats, fish, unsaturated oils and low-fat dairy foods. It doesn’t include processed and refined foods that can undermine health.
