This yellow colour fruit is a much favourite amongst many as it makes a healthy munch. Bananas are one of the most popular and widely consumed fruit and it should be even more popular considering it’s surprisingly numerous benefits.

Did you know that eating bananas protects you from chronic diseases, that morning sickness can be prevented by snacking on them, that it can lower temperature of the body during a fever or on a hot day, or inflammation caused by mosquito bites can be treated by rubbing the inside of its peels, or that it makes quitting smoking easier?
